THE ARBOREA MARINA RESORT NEUSTADT OPENS "KUTTER KITCHEN" UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

Neustadt in Holstein, 1 June 2023 - The ARBOREA Marina Resort Neustadt on the Bay of Lübeck is known and loved is not only known and loved as a hotel: guests from the region are also welcome and can enjoy guests from the region are also welcome and can be pampered in the resort's own SPA as well as in the restaurant. Now the previous "The Grand Grand Grill" is getting both a rebranding and a new management: the new head chef Lars Gottwalt opens the gastronomic outlet under the name "Kutter Kitchen".

The new restaurant "Kutter Kitchen" opens today in the ARBOREA Marina Resort Neustadt. The new name reflects the varied and modern cuisine that the new chef Lars Gottwalt will present here. Gottwalt brings his many years of experience in gastronomy to the table and will "Kutter Kitchen" concept with fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients.

Modern cuisine reinterpreted - sharing is caring

Since his apprenticeship as a chef, Lars Gottwalt has held various positions in the hotel and restaurant business and quickly worked his way up from young chef to sous chef. Most recently the 32-year-old worked as Chef de Cuisine: At the Prinzeninsel restaurant in Plön, he was in charge of the gastronomic the gastronomic area for over a year.

Now the native Hessian is looking forward to a new challenge. "I am delighted to be starting a new "Kutter Kitchen and to get something of my own off the ground with a great team," says Gottwalt. "The restaurant in the front row of the yacht harbour of the ancora Marina should be an unforgettable culinary experience for all guests."

Lars Gottwalt's counterpart in the service department is Merle Pätzold, a native of Holstein. The trained has been working at the ARBOREA Marina Resort Neustadt for the past 5 years and knows every every corner. The passionate hostess and her team are looking forward to offering a particularly and personalised service concept with her team.

The special thing about experiencing culinary pleasure in the "Kutter Kitchen" is the "sharing concept". In keeping with the motto "Table, lay yourself", guests will be able to sample several dishes at once. The revised concept focuses on varied vegetable dishes.

Individual grill specialities for every taste

A highlight of the restaurant is the Grillworks fire grill. It is no longer just meat and fish that are prepared perfectly; meat-free dishes are also increasingly in demand. These innovative creations are intended to create excitement alongside classic grilled dishes in the future. The team from the "Kutter Kitchen" is justifiably proud of its ability to create a unique atmosphere that appeals to a wide audience. Whether it's a dish of oven beetroot with goat's cheese, green asparagus on stalks or primal carrots - they are sure that the new concept and the restaurant will not only be a culinary convincing.
